Apple Rehab Farmington Valley in Plainville, CT is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. You will work under the Rehabilitation Director and OT to deliver quality care that helps residents achieve maximum functional independence.

Reports to Rehabilitation Director and Occupational Therapist
Provides quality resident care to enable the resident to achieve and maintain the maximum level of functional ability while maintaining positive level of interaction with facility and resident.
Graduate of AOTA accredited OTA school and eligible for licensure in their state of practice.
