• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in clinical documentation and internet navigation

Certificates & Licenses:

• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant state license

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, ensuring high-quality patient care, supervision of rehab techs, and case management. Maintain professional conduct and adhere to all regulations.

Essential Duties:

• Enhance patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
• Build a strong occupational therapy assistant program
• Improve clinical and management skills through education and interaction
• Maintain valid state license and stay informed on industry issues
• Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and payment models
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
