Job summary

AgeRight Care at Home is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the Oregon City area to provide home health services. You will implement physician-ordered treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families to reach therapy goals.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Oregon OTA license, have at least one year of COTA experience, and prefer a role in a supportive, patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon.
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university.
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders.
• Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes.
• Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired.
• Organizational skills to facilitate program development
