Job summary

AgeRight Care at Home in Gresham, OR is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team. You will assess patients, establish treatment plans aligned with physician orders, and deliver person-centered therapy in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon
• Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy
• CPR Certification

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon
• Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy
