Job summary

AgeRight Home Health in Oregon City is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered care. You will establish treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families to achieve therapy goals in a supportive, team-focused setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired.
• Organizational skills to facilitate program development
