AgeRight Home Health is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the Oregon City area. You will deliver person-centered therapy, establish treatment plans, and document progress for seniors and other patients in home health settings.

As part of a compassionate team, you will educate patients and families, implement physician orders, and contribute to a supportive, growth-friendly work environment with mileage reimbursement and ongoing education benefits.

Qualifications

• Oregon COTA license required.
• OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment plans per physician orders.
• Prepare and complete clinical and progress notes.
• Teach patients and families in meeting treatment goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired.
• Organizational skills to facilitate program development
