Qualifications

Responsibilities

Summary

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with patients, facilities, and clients. Deliver quality patient care, supervise Rehab Techs (if required), and handle case management. Maintain professional conduct aligned with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and adhere to all regulations.

Essential Duties

  • Optimize patients' functional abilities under OT supervision
  • Build a strong OTA program
  • Enhance clinical and management skills through interaction and education
  • Maintain valid state license and stay informed on OT issues
  • Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery modes to provide quality care within guidelines
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively in English
