Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at Willamette View in Milwaukie, OR. This role focuses on patient-centered care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and evidence-based practice to maximize patient outcomes.

You will assess and treat adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, develop treatment plans, document in NetHealth, and mentor COTAs while working a flexible M-F schedule with options for alternate start times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in occupational therapy.
• State OT license.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship provided.
• One year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication under physicians’ orders.
• Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in patient care.
