Job summary

Infinity Rehab in Missoula, MT, is seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Village Health & Rehabilitation. Flexible M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th shifts available; 4, 6, or 8 hours per day, supporting work-life balance.

You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, perform treatment and documentation under supervision, and collaborate with licensed therapists to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• State license to practice as a COTA in MT.
• Mentorship available for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Deliver OT services including treatment, documentation, and communication under supervision.
