Job summary

McCall Rehabilitation & Care Center in McCall, ID, is currently seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in‑house therapy team. We are a post‑acute care facility with long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric services provided.

Responsibilities include providing rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments under OT supervision, administering ADL retraining and therapeutic activities, and communicating progress to adjust care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
