The Occupational Therapist Assistant I (OTA I) at The Christ Hospital Home Health Care provides skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes under the supervision of an OT. The OTA I educates patients and families, documents care activities, and ensures safety and compliance with Medicare and state rules.
The role supports independence, conducts assessments, and collaborates with physicians and staff to coordinate care.

The Occupational Therapist Assistant I (OTA) provides comprehensive skilled care as ordered by the attending physician. The OTA I educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The OTA I is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations. The Company adopts the occupational therapy scope of practice as outlined by the state of employment.
