Boulder Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis in Boulder, CO. You will provide occupational therapy services within your scope of practice to our senior residents, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Successful candidates hold a CO license, CPR certification, and are committed to ongoing professional growth. Competitive hourly rate of $33–$39 plus benefits where applicable.
