Boulder Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our caring team. You will assess and provide OT services to our senior residents in a post-acute LTC/SNF setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support individual goals.

Current CO OTA license and CPR certification are required. Prior LTC/SNF experience is a plus. Schedule is PRN with competitive hourly pay between $35 and $41, plus a supportive work environment.

• Current, unencumbered license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in CO (required).
• CPR Certification.

• Deliver compassionate care to residents in a post-acute LTC/SNF setting.
