Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for Park Manor Bee Cave in Bee Cave, TX. Join a dedicated rehab program, delivering rehabilitative interventions under OT supervision in a post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising OT.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - PRN - PARK MANOR BEE CAVE - BEE CAVE, TX

Park Manor Bee Cave in Bee Cave, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
