Building Therapy Leaders invites applications for a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant in Willow Park, TX. Join our in-house rehab program at Willow Park, a post-acute care facility providing long-term and geriatric services.

You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitative care and support patient recovery. The role welcomes candidates at all experience levels who are licensed where applicable and committed to CAPLICO values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Willow Park in Willow Park, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications
