Aspirus At Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy for adult and geriatric patients. You will evaluate, treat, and plan patient care in accordance with OT standards, tailoring interventions to individual goals and diagnoses.

Qualifikationen

• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required.
• CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire (BLS/CPR training accepted).
• Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License and automobile liability insurance.

8-hour weekday day shifts

The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients. Evaluates, treats, and plans patient care in accordance with Occupational Therapy standards, considering the needs of the patient as it pertains to the age and diagnosis of the patient.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational therapy standards and practices normally acquired through a minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist beneficial.
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire - All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training through independent study, manikin, and knowledge testing. An acceptable CPR training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED. • Possesses and maintains a valid Driver's License required.
• Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
