Job summary

Willow Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team. You will support Abilities Care programs, ACP initiatives, and wound care while building and leading therapy services within our facility.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to expanding clinical programs with a collaborative in-house rehab department. This role emphasizes leadership pathways and clinical growth within our post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing.
• Post-acute care experience preferred is a plus.
• Ability to design and implement targeted therapy programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents at Willow Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to coordinate care.
• Contribute to program development and clinical quality initiatives.
