Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, a premier provider of senior care services, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Hazard, KY. You will assess, plan, and deliver OT therapies within an interdisciplinary team to improve patients’ daily living activities and functional abilities.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active OT license; CPR is preferred. Travel may be required, and training is provided to ensure successful integration into the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Current valid state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on daily living techniques.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
