Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services at our Kentucky facility. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to improve patient function while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and educating families as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state OT licensure/registration is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• State licensure to practice OT is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
