Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a senior living environment. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve daily living activities, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Education required: Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Experience: 0–1 years. Travel: Yes, typically less than 10% to support other facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT required.
• Current state OT licensure or registration required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
