Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, rehab, long-term care, or geriatric settings preferred.
• Must have CPR/BLS certification.
• California Occupational Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to improve daily living skills and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
