Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington state
• Experience providing therapy for neurological and orthopedic conditions
• Ability to design and administer treatment programs
• Strong documentation and record-keeping
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on environmental design and adaptive equipment
• Administer and write evaluations per departmental standards
• Design and administer therapy programs to improve functioning
• Instruct patients in self-care and use of adaptive equipment
• Train patients in prosthetic device use and upper-extremity rehab
• Conduct home assessments and community visits
• Maintain patient records and regulatory compliance
• Participate in quality improvement activities
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions
