Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Washington State license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or in process.
• At least one year of experience as a physical therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates functional needs and outcomes.
• Reviews patients' functional needs and adjusts care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Designs and implements a plan of care based on thorough assessment and collaboration with significant others.
• Maintains documentation of evaluations, treatment goals, plans, and prescriptions with proper signatures.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, safety, and infection control standards.
• Participates in quality improvement activities and attends department in-services.
