Job summary

• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC software.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings.

Responsibilities

• Help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills.
• Provide travel OT services across locations as part of the assignment.

• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• $1k completion bonus if the therapist can start by 10/12.
