Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Oregon. The role focuses on helping patients regain daily living skills after injury or illness, within a 50‑mile radius of Mount Angel.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a productivity goal of 30 points per week. Benefits include housing options, medical plans, and relocation support for assignment flexibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Previous home health experience required.
• HCHB experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide occupational therapy services to help patients regain daily living skills.
• Maintain schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Travel within a 50-mile radius of the Mount Angel office and maintain productivity of 30 points per week (about 6 points daily).
