Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Molalla, Oregon. You will assess and support patients recovering from injuries or illnesses, helping them regain daily living skills while exploring a new location.

The role requires an OT license, BLS may be needed, SNF experience, and proficiency with Net Health and PCC EMR. Expect a productive work environment with comprehensive benefits and housing support.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
• Active state OT license required to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required by client or facility.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR systems.
• Productivity expectation of 85%.
