Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients regain daily living skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This travel role offers full-time hours, housing assistance, and comprehensive benefits while you explore Montesano, WA.

Active state licensure is required, with BLS potentially needed. You’ll work 8:00–16:30 across a full week, providing compassionate, patient-focused care in diverse, nationwide settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral OT degree from accredited program.
• Active State License required to start assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• OT experience in a skilled nursing facility required.
• Assignment setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift hours: 0800-1630.
• Scheduled days: Sun-Sat.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
• Work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Collaborate with care teams to plan and implement therapy.
• Meet licensing and shift requirements and ensure quality patient care.
