Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a servant-minded occupational therapist for a nonprofit trauma center in Houston. The role covers Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and ICU step-down, with about 12 patients per day and up to 45 minutes per patient as needed.

We welcome new grads and experienced therapists, offering mentorship, a structured clinical ladder with compensation increases tied to certifications and specialties, a 4/10 schedule, and generous PTO plus relocation/sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelors/Masters/OTD) from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
