Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and Progressive Care units. You will collaborate with on-site therapists to coordinate care for adult and geriatric patients.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, teamwork, and serving as a catalyst for true recovery in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passion to treat Adult & Geriatric patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services across Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU and Progressive Care.
• Collaborate with a team of 50+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site.
• Deliver patient education and guide recovery.

Job description

• Work throughout Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, 23-bed ICU & 35-bed Progressive Care Unit
• Treat Geriatric and Adult patients: No Pediatrics
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• Customized mentorship from experienced team as needed
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
• Up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
