Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support patients at home, helping them regain daily living skills and independence.

This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a home setting; licensure in the state is required and Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve daily living skills at home through OT techniques.
• Develop motor functions and compensate for impairments to restore independence in activities of daily living.
