Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support patients in the home setting. The OT will assess daily living activities, plan interventions, and collaborate with care teams to promote independence and safety for individuals in their homes.

Ideal candidates hold a NM OT license and have at least 1 year of home health experience; Medicare familiarity is a plus. We offer a supportive, growth-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state in which he/she currently practices.
• A minimum of one-year experience is preferred, but can be less with approval based on prior experience setting.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help patients in the home improve the functions of performing everyday tasks.
• Develop daily living skills and basic motor functions, and compensate for any loss of function.
