Job summary

PACE Southeast Michgan is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to plan and conduct sensorimotor, educational, and therapeutic activities for participants. You will evaluate participants, devise treatment plans, and lead OT sessions in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in Detroit.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's in OT, NBCOT certification, and Michigan OT registration. Strong documentation and home/facility assessment skills are required; prior elder care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a professional level of knowledge in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be legally authorized to practice in Michigan.
• NBCOT certification and Michigan OT registration required.
• One year experience with frail or elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehabilitative services with the inter-disciplinary team.
• Devise and lead a treatment program per the plan of care.
• Document all care and submit to medical records timely.
• Maintain clinical records and related forms accurately.
