Summary

The Rehabilitation Institute at Sinai team seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the Acute Care Rehab team. Occupational Therapists are an integral part of the comprehensive rehabilitation team at Sinai Hospital, providing essential therapies vital for patient recovery and quality of life, in a multicultural patient population.

Job Summary

Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, plans, and administers patient treatments to restore or improve physical, cognitive, and emotional condition. Implements therapy using self‑care tasks, work skills, muscle re‑education, therapeutic activities, etc. Provides professional care in accordance with AOTA standards and Maryland Board of Examiners scope of practice.

Responsibilities
