Job summary
Life Care Centers of America in Cheyenne, WY is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct rehab services to patients per physician referral. This PRN position requires NBCOT certification and active state licensure, with 1 year of experience preferred but new grads welcome.

Qualifications
- NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT or MSOT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required
- One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current
Responsibilities
- Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (ADLs)
- Establish, assess, and modify goals
- Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students
- Chart appropriately and timely
- Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
- Assist in the evacuation of patients
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
