Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.
• Supervise COTAs in the SNF setting and coordinate scheduling.
