Job summary

Woodland Grove Health and Rehab in Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our compassionate team. The OT will promote health, well-being, and participation in daily activities through evidence-based Occupational Therapy services provided under a physician-approved plan of care.

Requirements include a current Florida OT license and CPR certification; at least one year of Skilled Nursing Facility experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida OT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve activities of daily living.
• Conduct physical and psychological assessments and develop a treatment plan.
• Assist patients in improving basic motor functions and dexterity.
• Incorporate exercises to increase strength and coordination.
• Maintain documentation of resident care by auditing records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective therapy.
