Qualifications

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a SNF.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to promote independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes.
