Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (OT) Occupational Therapist
• Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

• Evaluating each patient's functional abilities and needs with the care team.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitoring patient progress and updating care plans accordingly.
• Educating patients and families to support recovery and engagement.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure quality transitions of care.
• Leading by example and supporting therapy assistants and students.
