Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes and ICD-10 coding.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to ensure high-quality care.
• Supervise support staff as needed and provide direction and feedback.
