Job summary

You will work with patients to regain independence and improve quality of life through personalized therapy programs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care in residents' communities.

As an OT, you will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on strategies to support daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT.
• Clinical setting experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills and promote overall health.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and treatment outcomes.
