Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas OT license and BLS certification.
• Advanced education or clinical certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience or four years with residency/fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete, comprehensive evaluation of patients.
• Accurately interpret evaluation findings and develop a written plan of care.
• Implement advanced occupational therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Document findings and progress in the medical record.
• Mentor staff, students, and volunteers; participate in education programs.
• Lead departmental committees and participate in program development.
