Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluation of patients with physician referral.
• Develop and implement comprehensive occupational therapy plans of care.

• Lead departmental projects and participate in program development.
• Document progress and communicate with patients, caregivers, and physicians.
