Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and parents to support student growth.
• Maintain timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings and IEP reviews as a knowledgeable resource.

Key Experience & Skills:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid credentials to practice in Michigan
• Experience supporting K-12 students in a school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, goal setting, and progress documentation
• Effective communicator skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and staff
• Creative problem-solver who adapts interventions to diverse student needs
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage a schedule across school sites
