Select Medical in DeMotte, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position focuses on treating an outpatient upper extremity caseload and helping patients return to athletics, work, and daily life.

The role supports mentorship and CEU opportunities as part of a collaborative care environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends; compensation starts at $75,000 base annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State license (or license eligible).
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy focusing on upper extremity caseload.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to state practice acts and HIPAA guidelines.

Our outpatient orthopedic team is seeking an occupational therapist to join us in providing quality patient care.

This role will treat outpatient orthopedic upper extremity case load. We will consider fieldwork level 2 in traditional outpatinet hand therapy if current student.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy


• Outpatient orthopedic fieldwork level 2 if current student


• Outpatient upper extremity experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician


• State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible)


• CPR certification


• Valid state driver’s license
