Rush Physical Therapy in Chesterton, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist to serve as Outpatient Center Manager. Lead our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, oversee patient care, and drive service quality while maintaining a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• 2 years of outpatient experience treating patients.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.
• Partner with community programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to advance clinical expertise.

Location: Chesterton, IN

Schedule: Monday-Friday (2 evenings per week)

Compensation:$80,000-$100,000/annually pending experience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• 2 years of outpatient experience treating
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Management experience in outpatient physical therapy
