Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review medical history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and teach exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides.
• Maintain patient records, progress notes and discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and director to coordinate care and adjust plans as needed.
