Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy.
• Clinical Fieldwork completed as part of OT training.
• WA licensure required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement, modify and monitor therapeutic plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Regularly assess progress and adjust goals and care plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on goals, techniques, safety and discharge planning.
• Document evaluations, treatments and progress with thorough charting and reviews.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and provide supervision to staff and students as assigned.
