• Assess diverse patients (orthopedic, neurological, sensory, cancer recovery) and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, document thoroughly, and track progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and motivate patients in a high-volume setting.
• Complete documentation of treatment minutes and accurate electronic charges.
• Engage in continuing education to advance skills aligned with department goals.
