Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver OT services to help patients regain independence and function.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with therapists and nurses, mentor staff, and support patient-centered care across skilled nursing centers, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Competitive benefits and visa sponsorship are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Initial NBCOT certification/registration required
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by state

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.

• Collaborate with the rehab team to promote independence and function.

Education
