Qualifications

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• FIM knowledge within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to promote healing and independence.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families to build understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for safe transitions of care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students and uphold HCA values.
